We believe in honest work and local trust. In a big city like Kolkata, everyone is busy, but taking two minutes to read these points will help you understand how we protect your machine and your money. We keep our language simple and regular because we are talking to our neighbors in North Kolkata. If you don't agree with any part of these rules, please don't use our services. But we have made them very fair for everyone.

Scope of Our Service in North Kolkata

First thing you must know is that we are an independent service provider. We are not a direct part or affiliate of big brands like Kent, Aquaguard, or Pureit. We repair these machines because we are experts in them, but we don't represent the companies. This is important to tell you so there is no trademark confusion later. We provide high-quality RO & UV Service in Kolkata using our own trained staff.

Our service area is focused on North Kolkata. We reach homes in Jawpur Road, Dum Dum, Nagerbazar, Lake Town, and surrounding areas very fast. Our team works from 9 AM to 8:30 PM every day. Pricing, Estimates, and Payment Rules

We accept Cash, GPay, PhonePe, and Bank Transfers. Regarding taxes, please check your bill to see if GST is included or extra based on the parts you buy.

Spare Parts Quality and Service Warranty

Customer Responsibilities During Visit

There should be a proper water supply and electricity available when he arrives. If the water is shut off in your building, he cannot test the machine properly, and he might have to visit again, which will cost extra.

Limitation of Liability and Protection

We are experts, but we are not magicians. Aqua Service Centre is not responsible for any pre-existing damage in your machine that you didn't tell us about. Also, we are not liable for internal plumbing leaks in your house walls that are not related to the RO pipes we installed. If there is a sudden voltage fluctuation in your area that burns the electronic parts after we leave, that is beyond our control.

We do our best to ensure everything is perfect. But in a city with old buildings like Dum Dum, sometimes pipes are very brittle. We handle everything with care, but our liability is limited to the cost of the service we provided. We don't take responsibility for any indirect losses. We are a small service team, and we focus on fixing the machine in front of us with the best possible care and genuine intent.

AMC (Annual Maintenance) Terms

Our AMC plans are a great way to save money on your RO & UV Service in Kolkata. Usually, a contract is valid for exactly 1 year from the date of payment. It includes a specific number of "Mandatory Services" (usually 2 or 3) where we come and clean everything without you calling us. The AMC is non-transferable to another person, but if you shift your house within our North Kolkata service zone, we can continue the contract at your new address.

Shifting the machine to a new location might involve a small uninstallation and installation fee, even if you are on AMC. We provide all these details in your AMC booklet. We keep a record of your service history in our system so we know exactly when your machine is due for a checkup. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

We hope we never have a serious disagreement with you. We always try to solve things with a friendly talk. But for legal reasons, we must state that any disputes arising from our RO & UV Service in Kolkata are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata Courts only. This means the laws of West Bengal apply to our agreement.
